These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Success Lane, a registered partnership firm operating under the brand name Successlane, accessible at successlane.io ("Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or using any of our services — including the free LinkedIn evaluation, the paid rewrite, or the LinkedIn Playbook — you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Successlane offers the following services:

2.1 Free LinkedIn Evaluation

A recruiter-voice assessment of your current LinkedIn profile. We analyse your headline, summary, experience section, and keyword gaps relative to your stated target role and companies. This evaluation is AI-assisted and calibrated with active recruiter inputs. It is delivered as a written assessment — not a numerical score — and is entirely free of charge with no payment card required.

2.2 Paid LinkedIn Rewrite + Recruiter Certification (₹999)

A complete professional rewrite of your LinkedIn profile, personalised to your target role, industry, and dream companies. This includes:

• —Keyword optimisation for your target role and companies
• —Certification by a named, LinkedIn-verified, domain-matched recruiter
• —LinkedIn Playbook included (see 2.3)
• —7 days of unlimited revisions after delivery
• —Delivery within 48 hours of completed intake form submission

2.3 LinkedIn Playbook

Included free with every paid rewrite. A personalised strategy guide covering keyword placement, organic visibility tactics, headline and summary templates, and proven outreach scripts for connecting with recruiters and hiring managers.

2.4 Recruiter Network

Active recruiting professionals may apply to join our certification network as independent contributors. Acceptance is subject to review and is at Successlane's sole discretion. Recruiter partners certify profiles strictly within their domain of expertise.

2.5 Pricing

The paid LinkedIn Rewrite + Recruiter Certification is currently offered at ₹999 (one-time, inclusive of all applicable taxes). Pricing is dynamic and may change in future based on demand, seasonal offers, or service updates — any change applies only to new orders. To use our services, you must:

• —Be at least 18 years of age
• —Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law
• —Not be prohibited from receiving services under any applicable law or regulation

By using our platform, you confirm that you meet all of the above conditions. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4.1 Quality of Work

We are responsible for delivering a professionally written LinkedIn rewrite that is:

• —Tailored to the specific target role, industry, and dream companies you provided
• —Written in a recruiter-optimised tone and structure
• —Reviewed and certified by a named, active recruiter from your domain — not an anonymous "team"
• —Keyword-rich and structured to improve visibility in LinkedIn recruiter searches

4.2 Revision Support

We are responsible for addressing any aspect of the rewrite you are not satisfied with, for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. You may request revisions as many times as needed within this window — tone, framing, emphasis, content — at no additional charge.

4.3 Timely Delivery

We are responsible for delivering your completed rewrite within 48 hours of receiving your fully completed intake form. If we are unable to meet this timeline due to our own operational constraints, we will communicate the delay proactively via email and/or WhatsApp.

4.4 Security of Your Data

We are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect the personal information you share with us. All data transmitted to our platform is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is handled by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

4.5 Transparency

We are responsible for being clear about who certifies your profile. You will know the certifying recruiter's name, current employer, and domain experience before your profile is delivered. There are no anonymous certifications.

4.6 The Quality Guarantee

We are responsible for backing the quality of our work with a concrete guarantee: if you can find a recruiter-written, recruiter-certified, domain-matched LinkedIn rewrite at our price point or lower anywhere else, we will complete your rewrite for free. 5.1 Job Outcomes

Successlane provides a LinkedIn profile optimisation and certification service. We do not guarantee, and are not responsible for, any specific employment outcome including but not limited to:

• —Job interviews, callback rates, or recruiter contact
• —Job offers or placement in any role
• —Salary hike, promotion, or career advancement
• —Number of LinkedIn profile views or connection requests
• —The speed or success of your job search

Results depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including the state of the job market, individual employer preferences, your overall experience and qualifications, and your own actions after receiving the rewrite.

5.2 Accuracy of Information You Provide

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any deliverable where you have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information in your intake form, LinkedIn profile, or any other input. The quality of our rewrite is directly dependent on the quality and accuracy of what you share with us.

5.3 LinkedIn Platform Changes

We are not responsible for any changes LinkedIn makes to its platform, algorithm, search functionality, or profile structure after your rewrite is delivered. LinkedIn is an independent third-party platform; Successlane has no control over it and is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

5.4 Recruiter Availability & Response

While we aim to match you with an active, domain-specific recruiter, we are not responsible for how individual employers, recruiters, or hiring managers respond to or assess your profile. The certification is a professional endorsement; it does not obligate any recruiter or employer to contact you.

5.5 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party services we rely on, including Razorpay (payment processing), Bright Data (LinkedIn data import), or WhatsApp (OTP and notifications). Any outage, error, or policy change by these third parties is outside our control.

5.6 Actions After Delivery

We are not responsible for how you use, edit, or present the rewritten content after it is delivered to you. Any modifications you make to the delivered rewrite are done at your own discretion and risk.

5.7 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in delivering our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory changes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

As a user of Successlane, you agree to:

6.1 Provide Accurate Information

You are responsible for submitting truthful and complete information across all forms — including your LinkedIn profile data, career achievements, target role, dream companies, and contact details. Misrepresentation negatively affects the quality of your deliverable and does not entitle you to a redo at no cost.

6.2 Use Services Lawfully

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including submitting content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of any third party's rights.

6.3 Respect Intellectual Property

You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or commercially redistribute our platform, methodology, evaluation outputs, or playbook templates without prior written consent from Successlane.

6.4 One Account, One Rewrite Per Purchase

Each ₹999 purchase covers one LinkedIn rewrite for one individual. You may not use a single purchase to obtain rewrites for multiple people.

7.1 Pricing & Taxes

The paid LinkedIn Rewrite + Recruiter Certification is currently offered at ₹999 (one-time). The free LinkedIn evaluation is provided at no cost. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Success Lane is a small business currently exempt from GST registration under the threshold limit prescribed in Section 22 of the CGST Act, 2017. Pricing is dynamic and may change in future; any change applies only to new orders placed after the change.

7.2 Secure Payment via Razorpay

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure provider authorised by the RBI. Successlane does not store, access, or process your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or any payment credential at any point. By completing a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you write to contact@successlane.io within 30 minutes of successful payment. Beyond that window, your order has moved into active production (recruiter allocation, intake processing, writing) and is no longer cancellable on a change-of-mind basis. 7.4 100-Day Quality Guarantee (Refund)

To qualify for the 100-day refund, you must (a) publish the delivered rewrite on your live LinkedIn profile within 7 days of delivery and keep it substantially unchanged for the 100-day period, (b) actively follow the strategy in the LinkedIn Playbook, (c) complete the full 100 days from implementation, and (d) be able to demonstrate the above with screenshots or a live online screen-share. 7.5 Other Refund Situations

A full refund will also be issued in the following situations: (a) Successlane is unable to deliver your order due to our own operational failure, or (b) you were charged twice for the same order or a payment was processed in error.

7.6 Revision Support

In addition to the refund mechanisms above, every order comes with 7 days of unlimited revisions after delivery, at no extra charge — covering tone, framing, emphasis, and content.

7.7 Best-Price Promise

Find a recruiter-written, recruiter-certified, domain-matched LinkedIn rewrite at our price or lower? We'll do yours for free. Email contact@successlane.io with verifiable evidence of the competing offer.

8.1 Turnaround Time

We target delivery of your completed rewrite and LinkedIn Playbook within 48 hours of receiving your fully completed intake form. Incomplete intake forms will delay the process; we may reach out for clarification.

8.2 Delivery Channels

Your deliverables will be sent as a single PDF document to the email address provided at checkout, with WhatsApp on your registered number as a backup channel.

8.3 High-Demand Periods

During peak periods, delivery may occasionally extend beyond 48 hours. In such cases, we will proactively communicate the revised timeline via email or WhatsApp before your expected delivery time passes.

9.1 Platform Ownership

All content on successlane.io — including but not limited to website design, written copy, evaluation methodology, playbook frameworks, and underlying software — is the intellectual property of Success Lane and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.

9.2 Your Deliverable

The rewritten LinkedIn content created specifically for you belongs to you. You are free to use it for your personal career development and job search without restriction. You may not resell, sublicence, or present it as a template, product, or service to others.

9.3 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Successlane (your LinkedIn profile, achievements, career history, etc.). By submitting this content, you grant Successlane a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely for the purpose of generating your evaluation or rewrite. This licence ends when your service is delivered.

10.1 Independent Status

Recruiters in the Successlane network are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Success Lane. Their certification of a LinkedIn profile represents their individual professional opinion as experienced hiring practitioners in their domain.

10.2 Named Certification

Every certified rewrite includes the certifying recruiter's name, current employer, domain, and years of experience — visible to you in the delivery document. Successlane does not issue anonymous certifications.

10.3 Recruiter Applicants

If you apply to join our recruiter network, your application will be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason. Approved recruiters are bound by a separate Recruiter Partner Agreement governing confidentiality and conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• —Successlane's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of income, loss of business, loss of data, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• —We are not liable for outcomes attributable to the LinkedIn platform, third-party employers, recruiters, or any factors outside our direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• —Notify registered users via email where reasonably practicable
• —Post a notice on our website for a reasonable period

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of our services, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
